Parfois c'est cher mais à nécessité des années d'évolution et de mise au point.
Le cable que j'utilise par exemple en est à sa troisième évolution sur un peu moins de 10 années
J'ai signalé que ma référence à l'écoute en tant que simple utilisateur était la liaison wifi.
Aujourd'hui, les câbles ne sont pas seulement en concurrence dans leur domaine avec d'autres câbles, mais avec tout autre mode de transmission du signal. En particulier, le wifi, le bluetooth, etc.
Par ailleurs, je comprends mal ce que veut dire exactement la formulation « cable USB au top, pour source au top » ? A partir de quel moment entrons-nous dans le monde enchanté du "top" ?
Il n'y a aucune raison de ne pas comparer à l'écoute toutes les sources et leur mode de transmission entre elles quelque soit leur provenance et la technique quelles mettent en œuvre, en regard de leur prix affiché et l'investissement que cela implique pour l'acheteur.
Les années d'évolution, les R&D, etc. ressortissent aux fabricants et au marché, au marketing (à la com'), et donc au vendeur, pas à l'acheteur...

perso je fabrique tous mes câbles sauf les câbles secteurs qui sont soit des originaux ou de la récup, donc in est logique que chez moi mon câble usb sera le plus adapté à mon système car au départ avant de trouver le bon son j'en ai fait plusieurs avec un nombre de brins différents, de différents diamètre et métal jusqu'à ce que je trouve le son qui va bien pour l'usb et pareil pour tous les autres câbles.
