Ce n'est pas très étonnant. Il semble que Yu travaille en ce moment sur une version de syncAlsa compatible. Il le mentionne dans son commentaire ici: https://help.diretta.link/support/soluti...c-0-144-16

Par ailleurs, sur les preview disponibles, il a retiré les versions 0_144_x de DirettaSalsaHost_0_144_x. Cela ne saurait tarder...
